The plug-in adds an interface to Quicksilver. The interface displays a bar over the existing menu bar at the top of the screen. The Quicksilver logo at the far left is a cue that you are currently using the Menu interface.

After the plug-in is installed, select the Appearance preference pane via Quicksilver's preferences and choose Menu from the Command Interface: drop down list.
