iChat Plug-in

The plug-in enables chat actions for iChat.

• IM Opens a chat window with the selected user.
  1. Invoke Quicksilver
  2. Select iChat as the direct object in the first pane and press the right-arrow key
  3. Select a user from the list
  4. Set the action to IM in the second pane
  5. Press enter/return to execute the action

• IM Text… Type the message in the third pane without accessing the chat window.
  1. Invoke Quicksilver
  2. Select iChat as the direct object in the first pane and press the right-arrow key
  3. Select a user from the list
  4. Set the action to IM Text… in the second pane
  5. Type in the text via text mode as the indirect object in the third pane
  6. Press enter/return to execute the action

• IM to Account… Typed message is sent to the selected user in the iChat account.
  1. Invoke Quicksilver
  2. Type in the text via text mode as the direct object in the first pane
  3. Set the action to IM to Account… in the second pane
  4. Select a user from the list as the indirect object in the third pane
  5. Press enter/return to execute the action

• Set iChat Status Set iChat status based on inputted text.
  1. Invoke Quicksilver
  2. Type in the text via text mode as the direct object in the first pane
  3. Set the action to Set iChat Status in the second pane
  4. press enter/return to execute the action

• To view all online users:
  1. Invoke Quicksilver
  2. Select iChat as the direct object in the first pane and press the right-arrow key
